I’m Steven Wells, the owner of At Ease Computer Help and provider of its technical support services. I love the positive aspects of technology – being able to connect with others, having access to information and services at my fingertips, creating, and sharing my work. My particular interest with At Ease Computer Help is helping older non digital natives feel more at ease with the technology they use by offering them local IT support in Southern Oregon.
I have long experience working with computers, tablets, and smart phones. I am comfortable and well trained in Mac OS, Windows, iOS, Android, Chrome, home networking and security, and more.
