At Ease Computer Help Refund Policy

At Ease Computer Help does work both by prepayment (direct orders on our “Services offered” page) and by email invoice (orders placed by phone or email).

I will only charge you or keep your money if I am able to offer you a solution to your issue. I will not charge you or will refund your money if I am unable to make a diagnosis that explains your issue.

If the solution that I offer involves you spending money on hardware or software, I will charge you for the time (or “a la carte” price) of the diagnostic work that I did, whether or not you accept my solution.

For subscription services, I will only refund the amount of the last month’s charge.
