Troubleshoot, remote
- Talk with you about your problem over the phone
- Login to your device using remote software
- Diagnose and solve your problem
- Leave you with detailed instructions of how to avoid the problem in the future
- Minimum one hour charge, with additional time billed in fifteen minute increments
- $60 per hour

- Leave you with detailed instructions of how to avoid the problem in the future

- Travel as far as 30 miles from downtown Ashland. Further travel at $1 a mile
- $70 hourly

Miscellaneous services
- All services are charged at the rate of $70 per hour on-site and $60 per hour remote. Minimum one hour charge, then charged in fifteen minute intervals
