Well-trained & experienced
I have worked with the Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suites, every version of the Macintosh operating system since System Software 6 (1989), Windows systems since Windows 98, Chrome OS, and both iOS and Android OS. From my own medical practice and working with the Oregon Community Health Information network, I have experience with electronic health records.
I hold the CompTIA A+, the CompTIA Tech+, and the IBM IT Support Professional Certifications. These certifications show that I have trained in and shown competence in Apple, Windows, Chrome, Android, and Linux systems.

Why At Ease Computer Help?
I am well-trained and experienced in supporting information technology. In the early 1980s I took a BASIC programming class, and have enjoyed using computers since. Computers have helped me through college, medical training, and over thirty years of practice. I have benefited from the many advances in technology since the 1980s, and my age has given me the privilege of learning to work with each one as they came out.
Helping others troubleshoot their technology has long been a satisfying hobby of mine. Retirement from my career as a family physician has allowed me to pursue formal training in technology support. I particularly enjoy working with older people who are motivated to use technology to organize, learn, and connect with others. Still, many people who have not used computers through their entire lives struggle with them. I am excited to use my experience, training, talents, and desire to help others.
